Potsdam Robert Plumb Memorial Fireworks
The 37th Annual Robert Plumb Memorial Fireworks will be held on Saturday, July 2nd at dusk Postwood Park. The concession stand will be open until the fireworks start if you plan to grab some snacks before the show.
Morristown Volunteer Fire & Rescue Fireworks Show
The Morristown Volunteer Fire & Rescue will be hosting their annual 4th of July fireworks display on Sunday, July 3rd at dusk along with daily celebrations during the holiday period.
Norwood Fire Department Fireworks Show
The Norwood Fire Department is holding their annual 4th of July fireworks display on Monday, July 4th at dusk along with weekend events in conjunction with the village's 150th birthday.
Gouverneur Fire Department Fireworks Show
The Gouverneur Fire Department will hold their 4th of July fireworks display on July 5, 2022 at dusk. Prepare for the "largest display of fireworks in the north country" and the biggest display they have ever done.

Firecracker 5K-10K Run & 5K Walk
Start your Independence Day with a bang at the 13th Annual Firecracker run/walk in Cranberry Lake. Sponsored by the Cranberry Lake Boat Club, this is a non-sanctioned 5k/10k race starting at 9:00am on Monday, July 4th on Columbian Road, a quiet area with little to no traffic.
Entrants can register online or starting at 8:00am on the day of the race in the Long Term Parking Lot for the Cranberry Lake Boat Launch on Columbian Road just off of route 3. Registration is $30 and includes a T-shirt and refreshment.
Morristown Volunteer Fire & Rescue Celebrations
Along with the annual fireworks display, the Morristown Volunteer Fire & Rescue will be hosting 4th of July events over a two-day period including a parade, a craft fair, kids games, and more.
Norwood Fire Department Celebrations - 150 Years!
Norwood Fire Department is holding their annual 4th of July celebration in conjunction with the village's 150th birthday this year. Celebrations will span two days and include a flotilla, tie-dye at the beach, a parade, kids games, a demo derby, a mud bog, live music, and more.
